Established in 2003, the faculty of Arts initially started UG programmes in Marathi, Hindi and History subjects (6 units). Considering students' interests, UG programmes in Geography, Economics and English (6 units) were introduced from 2011. The faculty has shown remarkable growth and currently caters education to 474 number of students.

            The faculty strives continuously for overall development of students. Various programmes and field visits are arranged for socio-economic, cultural and professional development of students; they show active participation in sports, NSS as well as Extension activities of university. The continuous rise in merit of students each year reflects the academic excellence of the faculty.
