About The Department

The department was established in 2010. Program provides basic knowledge of the Animal world, animal diversity and understand the basic concepts of cell biology, genetics, taxonomy and applied zoology. This department is actively imparting awareness among the student about environmental related issues.

Aim & Objectives

To familiarize the student with animal science.
To impart quality education in the subject zoology.
To aware the learners about importance and conservation of biodiversity.
To familiarize the emerging areas of zoology and their application
To know the scope and importance of zoology
To nurture interest in the students for the subject of Zoology
