The department was established in 2010. The department runs First Year, Second Year, Third Year Chemistry with six units. Program provides basic knowledge of the chemicals , atoms , molecules,compunds , chemical reactions with equations, stoichiometry with mole , solutions during the three years. This department is actively imparting the knowledge of subject to the needy students and awareness among them about environment related issues. There are Four teaching faculties. The faculty members of department actively participate in workshop & seminars regularly held by different colleges of Mumbai University. The department has two laboratories possessing necessary chemicals, reagents, glassware and basic instruments for performing experiments in Physical, Inorganic, Organic and Analytical Chemistry.Department has well equipped instrument.
